Job summary

A leading HR Consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing administrative documents for domestic helper applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting clients with hiring inquiries. The ideal candidate must have a minimum diploma qualification and be willing to work weekends. Competitive salary with bonuses after probation. The company will cover training and exam fees for the CEI class.

Qualifications

  • Handle general administrative documentation for applications.

  • Assist customers with inquiries about hiring domestic workers.

  • Follow-up on requests and complaints.

Job description
Sales Coordinator
  • Location: Sembawang
  • Working Days: 6 Days Work
  • Working hours :
  • Weekdays -11:00am -8:00pm
  • Weekends 11:00am -6:00pm
  • can choose any day to off on weekdays but will need to work on both weekends or minimally 1 weekend weekly
  • Salary : $2,000 - $2,400 (Commission only available after 3 months probation, have AWS + performance bonus)
Requirement
  • Willing to work on both weekends, or minimally 1 weekend weekly
  • If the applicant is selected, cdd will be asked to go for the CEI class and exam and
  • can only start work upon passing the exam
  • The course and exam fees will be borne by company

Job Scope
  • General administrative documentation for Domestic Helper Application
  • Coordinate interview
  • Manage the recruitment process for healthcare personnel
  • Screening candidates through Interview
  • Coordinate interview and preparing of employment contract, Security Bond, Medical Check up and Insurance
  • Assist prospective customers with enquiries about hiring migrant domestic worker
  • Data entry and administrative work for the company's records
  • Handle follow-up requests, complaints
