Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled manager to oversee daily operations of a hair salon. Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing daily operations of the hair salon.
- Set and achieve performance targets and sales plans.
- Monitor and control operational costs for profitability.
- Recruit and manage staff effectively.
- Provide training to enhance employee skills.
- Handle customer service including appointments and complaints.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction.
- Manage customer files and data.
- Overall operation management: Responsible for the daily operation and management of the hair salon, including formulating and implementing the company's business policies, management systems, and market strategies.
- Achievement of performance targets: Set performance targets and sales plans in line with the scale of the store, and be responsible for promoting and implementing various plans to achieve the goals.
- Cost control: Monitor and control the operating costs of the store to ensure maximum business profits.
- Staff management: Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and management of stylists, front desk staff, and other personnel in the store, and establish and improve an efficient organizational management system.
- Professional training: Provide professional knowledge and skills training to employees to enhance their professional qualities and sales capabilities, and build an outstanding team.
- Customer service: Responsible for customer reception, appointments, complaint handling, and properly resolving customer issues.
- Relationship maintenance: Establish good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer file management: Regularly analyze, organize, and manage customer files to maintain customer data.
