This is a senior appointment for a confident nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, governance, and people development.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing services to ensure excellent clinical standards and patient safety ✅
• Oversee daily nursing operations, manpower planning, and workforce development 📊
• Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance 🏥
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and teams 🌱
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to enhance resident outcomes 🤝

🎓 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence 🪪
