Zusammenfassung
A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Accounting Professional to manage full sets of accounts, ensure compliance with financial standards, and provide cost insights in a dynamic role. Suitable candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess CPA qualification. Extensive experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, and proficiency in using Oracle NetSuite is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong cost accounting experience and understanding of inventory costing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential.

- Handle full sets of accounts, month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and COGS.
- Work closely with the Managing Director for financial insights.

- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal accounting policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and support audit preparation and tax filings.
Cost Accounting & Analysis
- Perform cost accounting functions, including product costing, cost variance analysis, and standard cost updates.
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Provide cost insights to support pricing strategies, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Systems & Process Management
- Manage and maintain accounting workflows within Oracle NetSuite.
- Optimise system usage for reporting, financial control, and process automation.
- Support internal controls, compliance requirements, and continuous process improvements.
Business Support
- Work closely with the Managing Director to provide financial insights, forecasts, and decision support.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial performance monitoring.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders where required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required due to statutory reporting and compliance responsibilities.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or trading/manufacturing environments.
- Strong cost accounting experience and understanding of inventory and product costing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with management and cross‑functional teams.
