Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the daily operations of the clinic (front counter services, administrative, and operational matters).
  • Assist the Operation Team/ Cluster Manager in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic.
  • Oversee and supervise the training and development of clinic staff members.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily work assignments and operations.
  • Manage a group of patient service associates.
  • Coordinate daily administrative matters, including the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables.
  • Work in partnership with clinic staff members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and services.
  • Work closely with Clinic Staff, Head Office Operational Support, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring that clinic staff receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
  • Responsible for communication between staff and head office. The coordinator should ensure the timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendations, and implementation of solutions to problems.
  • Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection, and administrative duties relating to patients.
  • Involve in administrative functions relating to work areas such as stationery/drug/consumable ordering/stock-taking.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
