Descripción de la vacante
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Team Leader to oversee a team performing maintenance on security systems. Responsibilities include client communication, resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
Formación
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems.
- Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party systems is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise a team in maintenance of security systems.
- Oversee service and maintenance workflow.
- Act as main contact for clients on maintenance matters.
- Prepare service reports and documentation as required.
Conocimientos
Educación
- Lead and supervise a team of 8–12 technical staff in performing maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems
- Oversee service and maintenance workflow to ensure efficient and timely execution of work orders
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on service and maintenance-related matters
- Plan and allocate resources, define project scope, track milestones, and monitor service quality metrics
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure maintenance commitments to clients are fulfilled according to schedule
- Prepare service reports and documentation as required
- Support system configuration, application setup, and integration of security systems
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
- Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
- Proficient in both hardware and software aspects of security systems
- Able to start work immediately
