Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Team Leader to oversee a team performing maintenance on security systems. Responsibilities include client communication, resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8–12 technical staff in performing maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Oversee service and maintenance workflow to ensure efficient and timely execution of work orders
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on service and maintenance-related matters
• Plan and allocate resources, define project scope, track milestones, and monitor service quality metrics
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure maintenance commitments to clients are fulfilled according to schedule
• Prepare service reports and documentation as required
• Support system configuration, application setup, and integration of security systems

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
• Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Proficient in both hardware and software aspects of security systems
• Able to start work immediately
