A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in patient registration and manage appointment bookings in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should be good with numbers, friendly, and patient, with a willingness to support medical staff. This position offers a part-time schedule with $12/hour pay.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling billing matters.
- Strong communication skills to guide patients.
- Ability to assist medical staff effectively.
Responsabilités
- Assist in patient registration.
- Handle appointment bookings.
- Guide patients to changing rooms.
- Assist nurses and radiographers.
- Support in billing matters.
Connaissances
Start ASAP | 3 Months Renewable
Location: Novena
Pay: $12/hr
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am – 6pm; Sat 9am – 1pm
- Assist in patient registration
- Handle appointment bookings
- Guide patients to changing rooms / direct them to the correct locations
- Assist nurses and radiographers when required
- Support in billing matters
- Good with numbers and confident in handling billings
- Friendly, patient and able to work in a healthcare environment
