Job Description:
Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters
Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff
Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims
Process cheque & GIRO payment
Reconcile Vendor’s statement of account
Assist in generating monthly AR billing
Follow up on, collect, and update payment
Attend to email/call inquiries on vendor invoices and payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Accountancy w min relevant 2 yrs of experience
