- Responsible for developing and implementing global strategies aligned with company’s goals and objectives across global network of offices
- Effectively manage and grow the organization P&L to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Drive innovation business models, partnerships, and product opportunities to enhance market positioning
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure strategic goals are met
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with regional laboratories and teams
- Build strategic partnerships and manage key stakeholders
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
Talent We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Willing to relocate or be based in Hong Kong and able to travel internationally as required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience with a track record of driving global initiatives and alignments
- Experience in global strategy development and commercial management; experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership with the ability to excel in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
