Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and lead reviews for daycare and rehabilitation clients, including overseeing multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Manage daily operations such as meals, client activities, and staff cleaning duties, ensuring a smooth routine.
  • Collaborate with nursing and care staff to meet client needs, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Plan and coordinate programs and services with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct new staff orientation, training, and monitor ongoing care provision, especially for clients with dementia.
  • Oversee daily management, staff deployment for safe and effective operations, and handle incidents promptly.
  • Work with centralized teams for accurate billing and staff matters, and with the Cluster Lead for financial sustainability.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow up on communications, assessments, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical area such as acute or community hospital
  • Preferably at least 2 yrs in leadership position
  • Good knowledge of the health care environment and service processes is important
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday Staggered Office hours
