Job summary
A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is looking for motivated individuals to join their team. The role involves assisting pharmacists with medication preparations, providing patient services, and performing administrative tasks. No experience is needed as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCE A Levels or a diploma. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations.
- Provide frontline patient service.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support workflow in pharmacy or clinic operations.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals.
Education
We are looking for motivated individuals to support day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting. Training will be provided.
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications)
- Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records
- Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients
Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma
