As a Assistant Manager, Business Development (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Support the department head and business development manager in shaping and executing initiatives that align with the unit’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Collaborate with Diagnostics service leads to develop and maintain outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts for the business unit.
  • Manage and respond to feedback from both internal stakeholders and external service users.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance for business development activities and project rollouts, working closely with clinical teams where required.
  • Oversee updates to the unit’s online platforms (intranet and internet), ensuring content remains current and improvements are implemented based on user input.
  • Administer and track contracts with internal partners (e.g., other healthcare entities) and external clients (e.g., GP clinics), including coordination with legal teams on contract terms.
  • Promote clear communication and strong working relationships with internal and external parties, including sharing updates that may impact service processes or workflows.
  • Take on additional tasks, assignments, or projects as delegated by the department head.
Job Requirements
