As an Senior Assistant Manager, Partnership & Community Development (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in planning and implementing the Health Precincts concept to promote health and social integration with both internal teams and community partners.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that empower the community to take charge of their own health.
  • Design and carry out community health plans for designated precincts, with a strong focus on preventive care and integration of health and social support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of community health plans across various focus areas.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to support residents' well‑being and ensure seamless care across different settings.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings.
  • Perform other tasks, projects, or assignments as directed by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements
