You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, and handling employee engagement activities. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programmes.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive (Senior) Human Resource Assistant (Recruitment) to support our retail hiring operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail talent across our store network, ensuring a smooth, efficient and pleasant experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking
  • Liaising with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Assist in planning, organising and executing employee engagement activities and welfare programmes
  • Assist in updating employee benefits programme and training programmes
  • Handle staff queriesCoordinate with benefit providers and ensure timely enrolment
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure proper filing of documents
Key Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programmesGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
