Production Operator
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to operate and monitor production line equipment for seafood processing. The role involves ensuring products meet safety and hygiene standards, conducting quality checks, and assisting with packaging. The ideal candidate will have a positive work attitude and preferably experience in food processing. This position offers a salary of $1,800 – $2,200 per month plus bonuses.
Qualifications
- Experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment and machinery for seafood processing.
- Ensure products are processed, packed, and labelled in line with food safety and company standards.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain freshness and safety.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist with weighing, packaging, and handling of raw and finished products.
- Follow production schedules and instructions from the Production Manager.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues promptly.
- Comply with all workplace safety and food hygiene regulations.

📍 Location: Jalan Boon Lay
💰 Salary: $1,800 – $2,200 per month × 13 months + Variable Bonus (based on personal & company performance)
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Saturday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
📅 Work Week: 5.5 days
