Job summary
A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Production Chemical Technician in Singapore to operate chemical processes, maintain equipment, and prepare solutions. Candidates should have at least an ITE or Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry and some experience in chemical engineering. The position offers a basic salary of $2,400 to $2,700 with overtime entitlement and is located in Tuas with transport provided.

Education
Production Chemical Technician
Location: Tuas, Transport provided in west MRT station / Transport allowance $120 if possess own transport
Basic: $2400 to $2700 + Entitled to OT
Working hours: 5.5 work week shift work (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm; Sat: 8am – 12pm) + OT
- Minimum ITE or Diploma holder; Engineering or Chemistry field preferred
- Experience in chemical engineering and analytical procedures preferred.
- Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions.
- Operate the process equipment at site in accordance with operation plan.
- To maintain and make sure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- To prepare chemical solutions according to SOP and guideline.
- Assist in coordination of daily maintenance and participating in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections.
- To perform 5S and ensure a secure, clean, and safe work area.
