Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Night Shift Operator to manage equipment operations from 8pm to 5:30am, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure safety standards are met, carry out inspections using microscopes, and report any issues promptly. This position offers a basic salary starting at $1600 with performance-based bonuses.

Job description

Salary range: Operator: $1600 Basic

Allowances: Role ($30 - $100) Quarterly Incentive ($100 - $300)

Permanent Night, Mon to Fri, 8pm to 5:30am ($15/per shift)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible safe operations of equipment to manufacture products.
• Perform checks and ensure safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc)
• Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features are not functional or alteration.
• Comply with the management regulation of company and department, obey the job assignment.
• Comfortable using long hour of Microscope for inspection of defects.
