Job Description

  • Position Title: Production Worker (Pastry/Confectionary)
  • Working Location: Jurong
  • Working Hours: 6 days – rotating shift (7am – 4pm/8am to 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + Performance Bonus + Lunch provided
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of both raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.
  • Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
