A healthcare retail company in Singapore is looking for a Retail Cashier to handle payments, assist with retail operations, and manage patient communications. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience in retail and be committed, service-oriented, and computer literate. The role includes working on weekends and public holidays, with a salary range of $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per month.

- Handle patient’s management system
- Manage incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments, and messages
- Perform other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Type: Full Time / Part Time
Timing: 5 Day Work (12:30pm- 9:30pm) Off on Thurs and Friday
- 14 Days Annual Leave/ Medical Leave / Hospital Leave
- Medical
- Computer literate
- Committed and service-oriented personality
- Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
- Customer service experience in retail outlet
- Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays (5-day work + 2 day off week)
- Preferably able to identify herbs
- Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.
- Assist in all other retail operation duties
- Handle patient’s management system
- Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager
* Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per month
