• Good knowledge in Data Centre Facilities and Operations Support.
• Possess Basic Certificate of Infocomm Technology.
• Team player who is also able to perform independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incidents are responded to or escalated based on criticality.
• Perform benchmarking on system performance between all DCs.
• Monitor Data Centre Facilities infrastructure.
