We are looking for an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team!
As the Assistant Banquet Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the F&B Manager in the overall administration and operation of banquet events
- To assist in maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for guests
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Must have experience working in a hotel/resort environment in banqueting services
- Able to collaborate with Events team, knowledgeable in understading Events Order.
- Knowledgeable in managing and handling different events
- Strong knowledge in meeting/function rooms set up
- Manages team / workforce for each event in an effective manner to ensure guests request are met.
- Willing to work shifts
- 5-day work week
