As the Assistant Banquet Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Support the F&B Manager in the overall administration and operation of banquet events
  • To assist in maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for guests
  • Provide solutions to solve recurring issues and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We are looking for someone who:
  • Must have experience working in a hotel/resort environment in banqueting services
  • Able to collaborate with Events team, knowledgeable in understading Events Order.
  • Knowledgeable in managing and handling different events
  • Strong knowledge in meeting/function rooms set up
  • Manages team / workforce for each event in an effective manner to ensure guests request are met.
  • Willing to work shifts
