HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
· Involve in HR order fulfilment such as building up the customer’s database, interviewing & selection, job matching, processing application and service delivery
· Assist in companies’ recruitment needs
· Provide feedback or advice to companies on market trend, labour market supply and pay rates
· Drafting up of advertisements in job portals such as online portals or newspaper to assist in Internal recruitment
· Arranging of interviews and other HR coordination work, including onboarding & offboarding.
· 1 to 1 Mentorship program designed especially for individual consultants
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
· Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals
· Proficient in interpersonal communication
· Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
· No prior experience is required as training is included!
