2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in IT Support role.
Responsabilités
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Perform system upgrades and patch installations.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
Maintain the IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems.

Job Scope
