Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy solutions using Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, LLaMA)
• Fine-tune and customize LLMs and integrate them into applications or business workflows
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to identify and solve problems using GenAI
• Research and implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize model output and efficiency
• Build chatbots, content generation tools, summarization engines, and other AI-driven applications
• Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI models and frameworks for various use cases
• Ensure the ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP ecosystems
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML, with at least 1–2 years in Generative AI or NLP
• Experience working with APIs and deploying GenAI models in real-world applications
• Understanding of transformer-based architectures and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration with web apps or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with multimodal AI (e.g., text-to-image, audio-to-text)
• Exposure to Responsible AI and bias mitigation techniques
• Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or tools
