Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a technical sales position. The role involves outdoor customer visits, collaborating with the sales team, and preparing proposals for clients in various industrial sectors, including oil and gas. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical selling. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical selling and engineering sales, preferably.
- Own vehicle will be an added advantage or a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to work independently and seek out new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and external partners.
- Perform outdoor visits to customers within the sales territory.
- Prepare costing, tenders, proposals, and quotations for clients.
Skills
- Possess Own Vehicle Will Be An Added Advantage And/Or At Least With a Valid S'pore's Class 3 Driving Lic.
- We Prefers Someone Independent, Competitive, Seek Out New Prospects, Sales Opportunities with Strong Communication and Networking Skills.
- Analytical and Good Problem Solving Skills. Well Organize, and Prioritize Tasks.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Technical Selling And Engineering Sales Preferably.
- Collaborate Closely with Overall Sales Team, China's & Singapore External Sales Partners, Sales Clients from SMEs / MNCs Organisations.
- Perform Outdoor/Visiting Customers , To Travel Within the Sales Territory Required. - TUAS / JURONG ISLAND / LOYANG / CHANGI AREAS
- Dealing with Technical Selling, Consultative Selling, Cross-Selling, or Up-Selling – Dealing With Various Types of Industrial Valves Products for Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / PetrolCHEM. Related Industries;
- Prepare Costing, Tenders, Proposals, and Quotations for Clients.
- Generate Reports, Maintain Sales Records of Transactions, Negotiate Contracts and Sales Orders.
- Generate and Qualify New Leads, Arrange Appointments (via Phone Calls, LinkedIn, Emails) for Introductions or Sales Presentations. Responsive Services with Follow-Ups.
- Maintain Proper Documentation of Client Contacts and Sales Services Provided.
- Post-Sales Support Service : Resolve Client Complaints by Investigating Issues and Developing Effective Solutions.
