Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute BMS projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and engineering documentation.
• Perform site supervision, testing, commissioning, and system integration of BMS equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and post-installation.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for equipment, procurement and delivery.
• Travel to various job sites required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Job Requirements

• Understand technical and construction documents.
• Experience in the construction or technology industries is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Understanding of general contractor procedures.

• Manage of project according to contract specification.
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
