Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow service portals, custom widgets, catalog items, workflows, and applications to meet business needs.
  • Architect and implement automation and integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Intune, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Develop REST APIs, scheduled jobs, and data import/export pipelines (Transform Maps) to enable interoperability between SaaS and on-prem ServiceNow instances.
  • Drive end-to-end Asset Management and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, including lifecycle management of Microsoft licenses.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal staff on advanced ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent).
  • Provide technical leadership in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM processes, ensuring scalable and reliable platform architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform engineering, architecture, and development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Center, catalog workflows, and custom application development.
  • Strong experience in platform integrations using REST APIs, data import/export tools, and connectors to Azure AD, Intune, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, scripting, and orchestration within ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience in Asset Management and lifecycle implementation.
  • Solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications (Generative AI, Agentic AI) within ITSM or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
