A youth development nonprofit in Singapore seeks a Head of Studios to manage the Digital Marketing Studios programme. This role involves overseeing all aspects of programme delivery including participant management, stakeholder coordination, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in youth development and strong skills in stakeholder management and programme improvement. Kita is a youth development nonprofit using person-centric and participatory practices to return agency to youths and their communities. We support youths from under-resourced backgrounds through community gatherings, personal exploration opportunities, and structured career programmes that prepare them for meaningful employment. As we continue building on our six years of impact, we're strengthening our team of 10-15 to deepen our work across three interconnected programme modalities.
Kita Studios is our targeted career programme designed to prepare youths from diverse backgrounds to enter meaningful industries. We currently operate a Digital Marketing track serving 40 youths annually, providing industry-level training, portfolio development, and job placement support with validated outcomes showing significant income increases and employment stability.
We're looking for a Head of Studios who will take full ownership of our Digital Marketing Studios programme while advancing its integration within Kita's broader ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you'll lead all aspects of programme delivery from referrals through to job placements, working alongside our social worker and cross-functional team to ensure holistic youth support. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen a proven career development programme while shaping how it connects with our experimental Labs and community-building Space initiatives.
