A business assistant is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to provide high quality services to the Managing Director, SEA & Oceania.
Prepare the necessary documents required by the visa agent to apply and renew visa for Managing Director, SEA & Oceania on a timely manner.
Manage detailed travel arrangements, booking flight tickets, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
Administer claim functions for Managing Director, SEA & Oceania, Country Managers, and Directors in the Zoho system.
Perform all administrative and clerical duties required, including event planning and other ad-hoc projects. Support the People & Organization team on engagement events including annual team outbound.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other relevant background.
Professional: Functional: 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
IT Skills: Excellent MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Language Skills: English.
