- Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.
- Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost‑efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
- Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
- Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
- Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
- Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.
- Keep store areas clean and orderly.
- Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
- Collect or do delivery of consumables.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.
- Minimum 'O' Level education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
