We are looking for a strategic and experienced Innovation and Enrolment Manager to lead enrolment growth and system improvements across our centres. This role suits a confident decision-maker who enjoys ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping long-term enrolment strategy in an education setting.
Lead Enrolment Strategy:
Develop and execute enrolment growth strategies to increase new sign‑ups and improve retention across multiple centres.
Optimise Systems & Processes:
Review and refine enrolment workflows, onboarding processes, and internal systems to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns, events, and outreach with enrolment objectives.
Drive Innovation:
Identify and implement new tools, automation, and process improvements to enhance the enrolment funnel and customer experience.
Oversee Customer Journey:
Ensure a clear, consistent, and positive experience for families from first enquiry to successful enrolment.
Strong experience in enrolment, sales operations, growth, or customer acquisition
Proven ability to design and improve processes at scale
Comfortable working with data, conversion metrics, and performance tracking
Clear communicator who works well across teams
Able to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
