Responsibilities

  • Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Handle registration of new students and manage course changes.
  • Maintain the Centre's student management system and perform regular audits.
  • Prepare invoices and manage payment collection.
  • Support the operation manager with resource and team management.
