Part Time Admin Coordinator
Job summary
An education provider in Singapore is seeking a part-time Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at their tuition center. The role includes handling student registrations, promoting programs to parents, and maintaining the center's upkeep. Candidates with a Diploma or relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Working hours are weekdays from 1 PM to 9 PM and weekends from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle student registration and administration.
- Attend to the safety and welfare of all students.
- Maintain general upkeep of the tuition centre.
- Promote the company’s programmes to parents.
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails.
Education
The Admin Coordinator is a key member of the company’s operation team that manages and operates the centres on a day-to-day basis.
Location: Paya Lebar (8 Minute Walk from MRT)
Salary: 12/h
- Handling student registration and administration
- Attending to the safety and welfare of all students
- Printing of worksheets and learning resources
- Maintains general upkeep of the tuition centre
- Promoting the company’s programmes, products and services to parents
- Preparation, typing and printing of learning materials and company documents
- Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
- Other general administrative duties as directed by the Management
- Part time position only
- Full time will be hiring at a 2000 - 2500 a month and minimum 1 year of prior experience is needed
- Diploma/Higher Nitec
- Applicants without the necessary academic qualifications but with relevant work experiences are welcome to apply

- Working hours (Part time) – Weekdays 1pm-9pm , Weekends 9am - 6pm
