Job summary

A leading engineering and construction company in Singapore is seeking a talented individual to prepare 2D & 3D design engineering drawings using BIM modelling and several software including AutoCAD and Revit. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be skilled in Bentley Microstation, and possess a certificate in AutoCAD and Revit. The role requires good planning skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D engineering drawings using BIM modelling, AutoCAD, Revit & MicroStation.
• Plan all drawing requests to meet submission deadlines.
• Work closely with managers, engineers, and clients to develop designs.

Job description

Responsibilities

·Prepare detailed 2D & 3D design Engineering drawings (plan, layouts, section, details) using BIM modelling, AutoCAD, Revit & MicroStation for various project stages (preliminary, construction, as-built)

·Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.

·Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.

·Review rough sketches, drawings, specification, and other engineering data received from Project Manager or GM to ensure that they confit to design concepts.

· Work closely with managers, engineers, and clients to develop design and resolve technical issues.

·Documentation and administration work related to the site installation and co-ordination works.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Bentley Microstation.
• Able to operate Revit software and Microsoft office.
• Able to operate Microstation and Autocad/ Revit/ BIM Modelling.
• Certificate in advance AutoCAD and Revit MEP course, Microstation Software.
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting work.
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain organization engineering files database including supplier, PE, Client & as-built drawings.
