Job summary
A global technology consulting firm in Singapore is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design and implement custom solutions. The role requires certifications in ServiceNow and at least a year of development experience. You'll work on cloud computing applications and enterprise integrations. Qualifications
- Must have ServiceNow certifications: Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience designing scalable architectures on low/no-code platforms.

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using APIs.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
- Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
- Gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using APIs and other methods.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects promptly.
- Contribute to best practice guidelines and knowledge sharing.
Must-have:
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified Application Developer
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (Vulnerability Response)
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
- Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience designing scalable architectures on low/no-code platforms (preferably with relevant certifications).
Good-to-have:
- ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps Fundamentals training.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations and automation best practices.
