Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
• Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
• Gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using APIs and other methods.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects promptly.
• Contribute to best practice guidelines and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Must-have:

• ServiceNow certifications: Certified Application Developer
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist (Vulnerability Response)
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM or SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience designing scalable architectures on low/no-code platforms (preferably with relevant certifications).

Good-to-have:

• ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps Fundamentals training.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and automation best practices.
