Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage project planning, oversee technical execution, and ensure safety and quality standards in tunnel and roadwork projects. Suitable candidates should have a minimum diploma in engineering and be able to perform rotational day and night shifts. Good communication and problem-solving skills are important, and on-the-job training is provided for fresh graduates looking to enter the construction sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Oversee design and implementation; resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide progress updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet safety and quality standards.
Skills
Education
- Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource schedules to support project execution.
- Technical Execution: Oversee design, development, implementation, and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Communication: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams; liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide regular progress updates and ensure effective collaboration.
- Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet defined safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent).
- Able to perform rotational day and night shifts due to the nature of tunnel and roadwork projects (in compliance with MOM’s work-hour and rest regulations).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- On-the-job training provided for fresh graduates and mid-career candidates looking to transition into the construction sector.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
