Job summary
A gaming company in Singapore is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with teams and deliver insights for game performance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in data analysis and BI roles. Proficiency with BI tools and SQL is essential, along with excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.

- Partner with various teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards using BI tools.
- Support ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.

- Partner with operations, marketing, finance team to deliver actionable insights that drive game performance and player engagement.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to monitor key metrics such as DAU, ARPPU and retention.
- Support ROI analysis for marketing campaigns and monetization initiatives.
- Partner with data engineers to map and document data flows, maintain data catalogs, and improve data discoverability across the organization.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities where BI and data insights can empower business teams, drive decision‑making, and create measurable impact.
- Work closely with data engineers to improve data pipelines, warehouse structures, and ensure high data quality that supports scalable analytics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Science or related field.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or BI roles.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and SQL query.
- Experiences with RDBMS, data warehouse and data lake on public cloud.
- Self‑motivated learner with analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with data cataloging, lineage tracking, or metadata management tools.
- Experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with core metrics (DAU, ARPPU, LTV, ROI). Exposure in Mobile Measurement Partner like AppsFlyer is a plus.
- Understanding of financial KPIs and basic accounting metrics.
- Experience with Python for data analysis.
- Exposure to ETL processes or data engineering pipelines.
