We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team and this position will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content tailored to social media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence, growing our audience, and fostering engagement through innovative strategies and creative storytelling.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop and create engaging long/short form content for social platforms.
2. Stay updated on platform trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
3. Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align with overall branding and goals.
4. Utilize platform analytics to track performance, monitor engagement, and provide insights to optimize future content.
5. Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and challenges into content strategies to boost reach and engagement.
6. Engage with the community, responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations.
7. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance the brand's reach and impact.
8. Experiment with new formats and creative ideas to drive growth and maintain a fresh and appealing social presence.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar social platforms.
3. Work experience in crypto exchange or related fields.
4. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
5. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
6. Creative storytelling skills with the ability to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement.
7. Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar apps).
8. Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies.
