A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks a new Consulting Manager to build relationships with restaurateurs and manage the sales cycle. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with sales experience preferred. You will partner with various teams to ensure client expectations are met and leverage CRM tools like HubSpot. This full-time position welcomes both experienced candidates and those eager to learn about consultative sales.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses preferred.
- Good written and oral presentation skills in multiple languages.

- Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs by understanding their unique needs.
- Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Getz in the market.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision‑making levels.
- Self‑motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience canvassing and cold‑calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success preferred.
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels.
- Results‑oriented, resourceful with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Good written and oral presentation skills in multiple languages to liaise with associates.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
- Sales experience preferred.
