Job description

Responsibilities

• Bytedance will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Bytedance sponsorship of a visa.
• Support visual design work related to organizational culture, and promote the company's values and management philosophy by producing high-quality creative assets.
• Responsible for graphic design on internal communication channels such as the Lark, TV, offline activities as well as on external platforms.
• Responsible for providing an end-to-end solution package that includes but isn't limited to project creation, intra-team collaboration, cross-team communication, vendor management, and execution to ensure delivery on time and up to standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification(s):
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of professional experience. Background in marketing, integrated communications, or creative planning is preferred.
• Strong insight and communication skills; culturally aware and familiar with global cultural diversity.
• Concise communicator with clear, structured logic. Results-driven with a sensitivity to data.
• Proficient in English as a working language and open to international business travel.

• Preferred Qualification(s):
• Strong creative thinking; exceptional writing/copywriting skills are a plus.
• Experience in international collaboration is a plus.
