We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant team and help grow our presence in the B2B corporate wholesale market!
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with clients to understand and provide customized corporate gifting solutions that align with their brand identity, marketing objectives, and campaign goals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Support sales pipeline growth by pitching to cold leads and new prospects when needed
* Schedule meetings and site visits your clients to understand their needs through calls, Zoom, or face-to-face meetings.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth and timely processing.
* Maintain high client satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and quality service.
* Drive sales performance through regular follow-ups with prospects/clients, increasing closing rates, and developing long-term client relationships to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, preferably in corporate gifts, B2B wholesale, or similar industries.
* Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client partnerships.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
