Job Summary

We are looking for a Strategic Management Director to lead the organisation’s long-term strategic planning, business transformation initiatives, and corporate performance management. This senior leadership role will work closely with top management to shape corporate direction, drive strategic alignment, and implement strategic initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of corporate strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging risks, and areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Set up and monitor organization‑wide indicators, timelines, and accountability structures to track progress.
  • Conduct long‑term forecasting, market analysis, competitor intelligence, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders to analyse business unit performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive corporate governance, KPI development, balanced scorecard frameworks, and financial performance dashboards.
  • Ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
  • Manage cross‑functional strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience with at least 4 years in a senior position.
  • Ability to work under intense pressure and to multi‑task effectively.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and strategic planning capabilities.
