What you do

You will be directly involved in the lifecycle of significant transactions, contributing your skills to a variety of tasks:

• Support deal execution from initial pitches through closing, assisting with due diligence, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive industry, company, and market research to inform transaction strategy.
• Develop compelling presentation materials (pitchbooks, teasers) for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and refine financial models, performing valuations using techniques like DCF and sensitivity analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the bank to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Corporate Finance team as needed.
