A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Credit Analyst or Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking. This role will support large corporate clients, focusing on credit analysis, transaction execution, and client engagement. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate banking and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Our client is hiring for a Credit Analyst or Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), with the role structured based on the candidate’s preferred career path—credit-focused or relationship management–oriented. The position supports coverage of large corporate and multinational clients, with responsibilities spanning credit analysis, transaction execution, and client support.
Candidates with a strong interest in credit risk and underwriting will be developed along a Credit Analyst track, while those inclined toward client coverage and deal origination will progress along an ARM pathway, working closely with senior Relationship Managers.
Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, and risk assessments for large corporate clients.
Analyze financial statements, cash flows, business models, and industry risks.
Support loan origination, renewals, amendments, and transaction execution.
Monitor credit exposures, covenants, and early warning indicators.
Assist with client presentations, proposals, and account management.
Coordinate with product partners, credit risk, legal, and operations teams.
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or related roles.
Exposure to large corporates or multinational clients is preferred.
Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills.
Solid understanding of corporate lending products.
Commercial mindset with strong attention to risk.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
