Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee all projects from tendering to final handover. You will engage with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, and manage project teams to meet service standards. Proven experience in project management and strong analytical skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues on-site efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all upcoming and ongoing projects from tendering to handover.
- Engage with clients and consultants on project matters.
- Review and validate design system details.
Key Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervise all upcoming and ongoing projects, from tendering to final handover.
- Engage with clients and consultants on project matters, attending relevant meetings.
- Determine the need for a formal design control, verification, and validation program as required by tender or contract specifications.
- Review and validate design system details, coordinating with project managers and consultants to ensure service completeness and functionality.
- Assess pre-contract cost estimates, cash flow projections, feasibility studies, and cost analyses prepared by the QS team across all areas.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, materials, and specifications as outlined in contracts.
Lead and Manage Project Teams:
a. Deliver the service standards expected by clients and consultants.
b. Use materials that meet project specifications.
c. Ensure project schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met.
d. Quickly resolve issues that arise on project sites.
e. Continuously review, monitor, and improve project management processes, workmanship, and on-site quality.
Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and handle additional duties as required.
