Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst/Specialist for a 1-year renewable contract with a prominent bank in Singapore. The successful candidate will support project governance, reporting, and coordination, particularly in the Credit Cards or Consumer Banking domain. Required qualifications include at least 5 years in PMO within financial services, expertise in project governance, and proficiency in tools like Excel and JIRA. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role within banking or financial services.
- Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or payments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support project governance and standards across the Credit Cards portfolio.
- Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Prepare and consolidate PMO reports, dashboards, and steering committee decks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and resource management.
