Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE (Post Qualified Experience) in law.
• Experience in corporate/commercial and technology contracts is preferred.
• Strong analysis and logical reasoning expertise.
• Ability to improvise and tailor legal solutions to complex business contexts.
• Strong understanding of fundamental concepts of contract law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for key stakeholders.
• Develop and update global template agreements.
• Review, advise, structure and approve new products and services.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Provide second line oversight and challenge to risk-taking activities.
• Deliver timely, prioritized and streamlined legal support.
