• SRE shall possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
• SRE shall work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of Temporary Works and Permanent Works;
• SRE shall be proficient in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC);
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil infrastructure works;
• SRE shall have past project experience in leading supervision teams in projects of a similar nature. He/she must demonstrate proven commitment to safety and health on site, possess excellent leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;
• Prior LTA project experience is an advantage

Kindly submit the updated CV along with copy of RE Certificate, BCSSand LTA Construction Safety Management course for QSS.

• Ensure the contractor adheres to safety and quality standards in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review project drawings and specifications, raising any discrepancies or potential issues with the appointed Qualified Person and project consultants/clients.
• Supervise the project to verify that all work aligns with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of project construction, maintaining and submitting comprehensive records.
• Manage and supervise Resident Engineers (REs) and Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) to ensure they provide effective site supervision.
• Review contractor submissions, work method statements, and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.
